Cookies policy

This Cookies Policy defines the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices using cookies for the performance of the Services provided electronically requested by the User, by Grupa Familijna Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kuźnica Czeszycka 11.

§ 1 Definitions

  1. Controller - means GRUPA FAMILIJNA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kuźnica Czeszycka 11, 56-320 Krośnice, which provides services electronically and stores and accesses information in the User's devices.
  2. Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on devices through which the User uses the Website.
  3. Cookies of the Controller - means Cookies placed by the Controller, related to the provision of electronic services by the Controller through the Website.
  4. External Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Controller's partners, through the Website.
  5. Website - means the website under which the Controller operates the website, operating in the domain zpcotmuchow.pl.
  6. Device - means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Website.
  7. User - shall mean an entity to whom, in accordance with the Regulations and legal regulations, electronic services may be provided or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

§ 2 Types of Cookies used

  1. Cookies used by the Controller are safe for the User's Device. In particular, in this way it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the Device of Users. These cookies allow the software used by the User to be identified and the Website to be customised for each individual User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time they are stored on the Device and the assigned value.
  2. The Controller uses two types of cookies:
    • Session cookies: they are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the session of the respective browser ends. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.
    • Persistent cookies: are stored on the User's Device and remain there until deleted. They are not deleted from the User Device when the browser session ends or the Device is switched off. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow any personal data or any confidential information to be collected from the User Device.
  3. The User has the possibility to restrict or disable the access of cookies to the User‘s Device. If this option is exercised, the use of the Website is still possible, except for those functions that require cookies.

§ 3 Purposes for which cookies are used

  1. The Controller uses its own Cookies for the purpose of correct configuration of the Website, and in particular for:
    • adapting the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimising the use of the Website.
    • remembering the settings selected by the User and personalising the User interface, e.g. with regard to the chosen language or the region from which the User comes,
    • font size, website layout etc.
  2. The Controller uses its own Cookies for the purpose of carrying out processes necessary for the full functionality of the websites, and in particular for:

§ 4 Possibilities of defining the conditions for storing or accessing cookies

  1. The User may, independently and at any time, change the settings relating to Cookies, specifying the conditions for storing and accessing Cookies on the User's Device. The User may change the settings referred to in the preceding sentence by means of the settings of the Internet browser or by means of the configuration of the service. These settings can be changed, in particular, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or inform on their placement on the User's device each time.
