Information obligation

Pursuant to Article 13 sections 1 and 2 of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), we inform you that:

Data Protection Officer: the controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer whom any individual can contact for the purpose of learning more details about the processing of their personal data.   3. Purpose and legal basis of personal data processing: We shall process your personal data for the purpose of responding to the submitted enquiry, as well as for any further correspondence related to the submitted enquiry. For this purpose, we shall process your personal data on the basis of Article 6 section 1 (a) of the GDPR and Article 6 section 1 (f) of the GDPR.
  4. Period of data processing: We shall process your personal data for the time necessary to clarify your case and provide you with a comprehensive response, as well as for the time necessary to defend and protect your claims.

If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6 section 1 (a) of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the compatibility with the applicable law of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

  1. Recipients of personal data: access to your personal data, has been granted to our employees and associates who are authorised to process personal data. In addition, in certain situations we may transfer your data, e.g. for the purpose of complying with a legal obligation or for the exercise of a legitimate interest pursued by the Controller or by a third party. The categories of recipients to whom we may transfer your personal data are:

  • entities or authorities authorised by law,
  • service providers who process the entrusted personal data on behalf of the Controller on the basis of personal data processing entrustment agreements.

Your rights and entitlements: you have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, to object to the processing of your data. At any time, in case you consider that the processing of your personal data by us violates your rights - you also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office with its registered office at ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
